Biography
Wendee Lee works at the intersection of design education, creativity, and identity development. A faculty member in the Product Design department at ArtCenter College of Design, Lee champions holistic learning and development practices to support her students' understanding and expression of their creativity. Lee has designed advanced propulsion system components, orthopedic and exercise devices, collaborated on an award-winning Cradle to Cradle shipping solution, and contributed illustrations to several books by Patti Digh. A lifelong learner, Lee has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University, a BS in Product Design from ArtCenter, and an MS in College Counseling and Student Development from Azusa Pacific University. Her doctoral studies in higher education leadership are fueled by her desire to develop whole creative people.
